Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been recharged, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the service is not being used by the customer. The refund process would take 10 to 30 days and would be reimbursed to your credit card. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been used . The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Comms Review and accepts the cancellation policies.  For Bank Transfer order, if payment is not received in 3 days the order will be cancelled.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided if the order is cancelled due to the following reasons , product not available , product out of stock, Cancelled by the customer, Product nbot working as described.

Credit/Debit card Online – If an order is placed by credit card and the order is cancelled for the above reasons , the money will be automatically credited back to your Bank. This usually take 10-20 days depending on your bank after Comms Review has initiated the refund.

Bank Transfer – If you have made a Bank transfer and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.
Cash on Delivery – If you have made a cash payment and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.
